Ardenwald North Improvements

Project Details

Through this project, we’ll repave streets; replace select sanitary sewer pipes and water mainlines; build/replace storm drains and their connecting lateral pipes; replace a small section of sidewalk; and build accessible curb ramps and their corresponding pads.

The project area is between Van Water and Roswell Streets to the north and south, and from 28th to 31st Avenue. It also includes the connection to the Springwater Corridor off 28th Avenue.

Monroe Greenway Project Awarded Regional Grant

Last month, Metro Council approved a more than $3.8 million grant to fund design and construction of the Monroe Street Greenway. This critical grant will help the city leverage $6.7 million in state and local funding, providing the final financing component needed to design and construct the 2.2 miles of greenway within city limits.
