TriMet holds meeting in Milwaukie to talk future bus service - hosts online survey

TriMet is sharing its proposal for bus service changes that aim to complement the service the Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail project will offer when it opens in September 2015 online at www.trimet.org/buschanges, and at an Open House on Monday, July 21, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at St. John The Evangelist Episcopal Church, 2036 SE Jefferson Street.

One block of Washington closed May 12 - May 19 in Downtown

One block of SE Washington Street between SE 21st and Main Street will be closed for Portland Milwaukie Light Rail roadway improvements Monday, May 12th through Saturday, May 19th. SE 21st and SE Main Streets will remain open.

Adams Street Connector

Project Details

The City of Milwaukie has led an ongoing planning effort for South Downtown dating to 2008 with the adoption of the South Downtown Concept Plan.  As part of the implementation of that plan, the City is working with a design team to remake Adams Street between Main Street and 21st Ave in the South Downtown. This section of Adams Street is the key connection between Main Street and the Milwaukie Main Street light rail station now under construction.
