The library has four meeting rooms of various sizes available for reservation during library open hours.  Rooms must not be used for personal gain, profit, or storage and the library does not sponsor or endorse the views of any group using the room.

The Community and Conference Rooms are intended for use by community groups and organizations that aim to promote the educational, cultural, intellectual, social or civic betterment of the community.  These rooms are not available for private social or celebratory events.

The current Milwaukie City Hall has served our community since 1938. As the city plans to move to a newer building, the City Council appointed a City Hall Blue Ribbon Committee (CHBRC) to help decide how the current city hall site should be used in the future.

What is a Preapplication Conference?

Preapplication conferences are meetings held between City of Milwaukie staff and members of the public who are considering submitting a land use application to the city. Unless waived by the Planning Manager, preapplication conferences are required for all land use application types except for Type I (MMC 19.1002).
