NCPRD - Inclusion Bingo Boogie

Enjoy a game of bingo and dancing, or bingo and an instructor-led craft. This program is designed for community members with a disability or special needs, and is suitable for ages 12 to adult.

Each event begins at 7 p.m. and the 40-minute program includes 20-minutes of Bingo followed by 20-minutes of dance instruction. Cost is $5 for NCPRD residents and $6.25 for non-residents.

March's event theme is St. Patrick's day! Wear you favorite shade of green, play themed picture bingo games, and learn an Irish dance.

February's event theme is Hawaiian, dress up in your best luau attire and learn the Hukilau. 

Ledding Library Lecture Series: Women's History

This virtual program features City Councilor Lisa Batey, State Representative Karin Powers, former State Representative Carolyn Tomei, Lisa Gunion-Rinker, and Sheryl Wampler.

Presented by Milwaukie History Society, owners and operators of Milwaukie Museum, along with our partners City of Milwaukie, Facebook Group Milwaukie Chit Chat, Ledding Library, and Willamette Falls Studio.

Meet & Greet with Police Chief Luke Strait and Equity Program Manager Jon Hennington

The city is hosting an opportunity for community members to meet Police Chief Luke Strait and Equity Program Manager Jon Hennington. All community members are invited to participate. Luke and Jon will discuss the city's new police transparency efforts and respond to questions asked during the recent equity, justice and inclusion listening sessions.

Central Milwaukie Bikeway Connection Project - Virtual Open House Event

Join the project team from the City and Alta Planning to discuss the Central Milwaukie Bikeway Connection Project

Team members will discuss the potential route options for a bikeway between 29th Ave and Monroe St and will be available to answer any questions about the route options and/or project. 

This virtual event will be an open door format, so feel free to join at any point!

Operation Santa Claus Donation Drop-off

Operation Santa has been a Clackamas Fire tradition within the community since 1974. The goal is to collect non-perishable food and new, unwrapped toys for families in need within the communities we serve.

While the goal is the same as it has been for the last 46 years, the strategy to collect donations has shifted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event now operates as a contactless donation drop-off event.

Grab & Go Craft

Free grab & go activity bags for school-age kids ages 5 & up. Bags available outside the front door while supplies last.

Presidents Day: City Offices & Library Closed

In observance of Presidents Day, City Hall (10722 SE Main St.), the Johnson Creek Building (6101 SE Johnson Creek Blvd.), and Ledding Library (10660 SE 21st Ave.) are closed. 

Read to the Dog
