Grab & Go Book Clubs for ages 5-12 begin the week of October 1-8 and go through April. Pick up your activity bag for the October books at the children’s desk any time October 1-8. Book selections will be posted at https://www.milwaukieoregon.gov/library/kids-book-groups

Read to the Dog

Pick up a free grab & go storytime craft bag and then join our virtual storytime from home. Watch new videos each week on the library’s Facebook page or YouTube channel. Bags available while supplies last. Ages 1-5.

Milwaukie Museum Performance: Stefano Iaboni

The Milwaukie Museum, Two Sisters Play Café and Milwaukie Lumber in partnership with Professional Fools Productions are proud to present a performance of Stefano Iaboni on the back lawn of the museum. Admission is free, but feel free to tip the performer. Those attending are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs.

Come Play in Milwaukie Bay

The Milwaukie Parks Foundation brings Come Play in Milwaukie Bay, a fun, educational event aimed at raising awareness about Kellogg Dam and the development of Milwaukie Bay Park, on Sunday, Sep. 19 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Partnering with North Clackamas Watersheds Council, The Wetlands Conservancy, Water Environmental Services, North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District and many others, the event features family-friendly, educational activities, live music, games, food vendors, a rubber duck race over Kellogg Dam and more in Milwaukie Bay Park, 11211 SE McLoughlin Blvd.

Community Resource Fair

In collaboration with Community Services Network, Breakside Brewery will be hosting a community services fair to increase the education, collaboration, and networking efforts between nonprofits and our community. This event will also serve residents by providing much needed resources like food boxes, employment opportunities, kids resources, hygiene kits, and more to our community in need. All participants can also enter to win raffle prizes. 

All are welcome! Fairs are free and open to the public!
