How to Use Your Library Card
ESPAÑOL
Your library card is the most powerful card in your pocket, purse or wallet! There is a whole world of fun, interesting and enriching items, experiences and destinations available to you with your library card for free.
Accessing your library account online requires your library card number, found on the back of your card. It also requires your pin, which is often the last four digits of your phone number. To sign into your account, visit www.lincc.org. Enter your card information in the corresponding fields, located at the top right corner of the webpage. Once signed into the system, click on the "My Account" tab to view your checked out items, holds and fines owed. While signed into your account you can renew and place holds on items you'd like to pick-up at any Clackamas County Library. You may also renew your library materials over the phone using our automated system at 503-659-6834.
Available for Apple and Android mobile devices, the LINCC Mobile app makes all the resources of the library available at your fingertips. Search for books, ebooks, movies, cds, magazines, and more. Download LINCC Mobile for free from your app store.
If you need to have any of your personal information updated on your account, you must do it in person at the circulation desk. Keeping your information up-to-date insures that we can contact you in a timely manner when items are about to be due, are overdue, when your hold items arrive and just in case we need to call, mail or email you about your account.
If you have fines to pay, they may be paid during our open hours in person or over the phone 503-786-7580. You can also pay fines at lincc.org - go to "My Account" and choose the "Fines" tab. Select the fines you wish to pay, click "Pay fines" at the bottom, and you will be prompted to enter a credit card. Overdue items are $.10 a day for most materials.
Not sure how use your account? Learn how with our online video series "What I Can Do with My Library Card" below. If you still have questions about accessing your account online call the Reference Desk at 503-786-7546.
