What if I Miss My Court Date?

If you miss your court date for a traffic citation, the presumptive fine of the ticket you received is imposed and the court will add a $40 failure to appear fee to each violation. If you miss your court date for a parking citation, the fine amount on the citation will double. However, there are opportunities to reschedule. Please contact the court for your options.

Can I Reschedule My Court Date?

If you are unable to appear at the arraignment date of your citation, you may contact the court to request a reschedule to a future court date.
