What if I Miss My Court Date?

What if I've missed my court date?  If you miss your court date the presumptive fine on the ticket you received is imposed plus a $75 failure to appear fee. You can send your payment to the court, pay online or visit court to make your payment arrangement.

If the ticket is not paid within 30 days of the failed court date, your license will be suspended.

If the ticket is not paid within 90 days of the failed court date, the fine will go to collections.
