Municipal Judge

Kimberly Graves was sworn in as Milwaukie's municipal court judge in February 2014. Judge Graves previously worked as deputy district attorney in Clackamas County and a hearings officer for the City of Portland.

Judge Graves received her Juris Doctor, Criminal Law Certificate from Lewis and Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and sociology from the University of Colorado.

SCALE:  Appropriateness of scale to the wall upon which the mural will be painted/attached and to the surrounding physical features.

Note: All murals that are more than 40% of the wall face shall be reviewed as Public Art Murals, even if grant funding is not sought by the applicant and/or if grant funding is not available.

CONTEXT: Architectural, geographical, sociocultural, and/or historical relevance to the site.
