CPA-14-02

The applicant, the City of Milwaukie, is proposing amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Downtown and Riverfront Land Use Framework Plan (an ancillary document to the Comprehensive Plan), and Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendments are part of the Moving Forward Milwaukie project, and address the downtown use, development and design standards as well as land use review procedures for new development in downtown Milwaukie.
