Partners & Funding

The Kellogg Creek Restoration and Community Enhancement Project is collaboratively led by the City of Milwaukie, North Clackamas Watershed Council, Oregon Department of Transportation and American Rivers. Collaborative partners include:

  • the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation of Oregon,
  • the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde,
  • Clackamas Water Environment Services,
  • Metro,
  • North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District,
  • Oregon Department of Environmental Quality,
  • Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife,
  • Oregon Division of State Lands,
  • the Native Fish Society, and 
  • the Natural Resources Office of the Governor.

Funding has been provided by the City of Milwaukie, PGE Salmon Habitat Support Fund, NOAA Restoration Center, Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board, Resources Legacy Fund,​ U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and Congressionally Directed Spending funds from the FY22 Appropriations Act secured by US Senator Jeff Merkley.

Many of the project partners also participate on the project’s Technical Advisory Committee and guide project development. We welcome feedback from all interested parties.
