Library Board

The Library Board is comprised of nine (9) volunteer citizen members including two (2) youth members who meet on the 2nd Monday of each month and serve as advisors the City Council and library staff regarding the needs of the library and its patrons. The Board establishes and pursues an annual Work Plan that identifies various projects which include tasks assigned by the Milwaukie Municipal Code (MMC) such as:

The City of Milwaukie utilizes its programs to increase the comfort, safety, and livability for its citizens.

Right-of-Way Permit Application

If you plan on doing work within the Right-of-Way, you must submit a Right-of-Way Permit Application prior to construction.

A Right-of-Way Permit is also required if you a planning on utilizing an on-street, public parking space for loading, storage, moving, and similar activities that go beyond the allowable posted time limit.

Preferred Pumper Program

The Preferred Pumper Program is a registry of grease trap/interceptor companies that have committed to cleaning grease removal devices meeting certain criteria established by regional municipalities. Please click the link below for more information about Preferred Pumpers.

Library Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the library. The best way to help support our library is to help the Friends of the Ledding Library, a separate 501(c)(3) organization.  Please fill out the application below and return it to a staff member or Friends Volunteer if you are interested in volunteering for the Friends.  See their website for more details leddingfriends.org.

Computer & Internet Access

The Ledding Library provides internet and word processing services for public use through WiFi, and eight internet workstations.
