The Ledding Library currently has three book clubs.

The Daylight Book Group is led by Librarian Christine Mackie and meets the first Thursday of each month at 11:00 am in the Library Meeting/Conference Room.

Advocate for Elders in Your Community

If you have four hours to volunteer per week, consider becoming a Certified Ombudsman Volunteer.  This role is where you advocate on behalf of the resident, educate staff and families about resident rights, and investigate quality of care concerns.

Voter registration & updates due Oct. 13

Official ballot drop box locations in Milwaukie include in front of City Hall and the Public Safety Building. Ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day.

Drug Drop Box

 

During business hours, citizens can visit the lobby of the Public Safety Building to drop off unwanted medication and prescription drugs into the drug drop box. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, excluding City holidays.

All Prescription/Over-the-counter medications

Unacceptable Items:
Sharps/Syringes
EpiPens
