Impounded Vehicles

Impounded Vehicle Release Requirements:

The Registered Owner of the impounded vehicle MUST be present in order to obtain the vehicle release form and provide the following:

• Valid, current identification with photo and signature. (If you are not a valid driver, you must bring a valid driver with you.)
• Proof of ownership (If you are not listed as the registered owner, a notarized bill of sale or DMV Notice of Transaction receipt are accepted)
• Payment of $160.00

If your vehicle was impounded for no insurance, you must bring proof of insurance. Releases for no insurance impounds are only processed Monday-Friday from 8:00a.m to 4:30p.m.

Cash, Checks and Credit Cards are accepted during business hours.
