Project Details

The project will improve utilities located along McLoughlin Boulevard and the surrounding area.

Project work includes:

  • (January – May) : Abandonment of 12” water line on 99E Highway/ SE McLoughlin Boulevard from SE Milport Road to SE Beta Street and extending the existing 12” water line on SE Main Street from SE Mailwell Drive to SE Beta Street.
    • New water line installation is now complete on SE Main Street.  Contractor is now patching the trenches.  There will still be lane closures where necessary, and delays should still be expected.
  • (January – May) : Upsizing storm sewer pipe on SE Milport Road from 18” to 30” PVC Pipe.

    • New storm sewer pipe has been installed and the contractor is now patching the trenches.  Lane closures where necessary, and delays should still be expected

  • (February – May) : Realignment of sanitary sewer line on 99E Highway/SE McLoughlin Boulevard from SE Ochoco Street to SE Clatsop Street.

    • The sanitary sewer line has been installed and the contractor is now patching the trenches. Lane closures and delays may still be required. 

  • (April - May) : Paving and project cleanup.

    • The contractor is working to finish paving, sealing new asphalt, and striping roadways when weather permits. Lane closures and delays should still be expected. Check back for project updates for specific closures.
