EXT-2020-001
The proposal is an extension of the 2018 approval of a 15-unit apartment building (master file #VR-2018-005), with variances for side-yard height plane, parking lot landscaping, and front-yard setback. Delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, City staff review, and lending restrictions have made it difficult to ensure that construction can start prior to the original approval’s expiration on October 11, 2020.
