In March 2019, the city acquired the site from TriMet for $33,287 for the purpose of developing housing to meet the city’s affordable housing goals as outlined in the affordable housing strategy.

Extension of the 2019 approval of a 170-unit senior living facility (master file #CU-2018-003), with natural resource review and variances to the height limit (to allow 4 stories) as well as to specific requirements for pedestrian and vehicular access.
