Milwaukie Or – On 3/11/25 at approximately 8:40 PM, Officers were called to the Milwaukie Market Place near the 10900 block of SE Oak St. on report of a stolen vehicle in the area. Milwaukie Police had been alerted by a vehicle security service who provided the location via a tracking device.

The Milwaukie Police Department has been made aware that a former member of our agency, Jon Foreman, has been indicted by a Clackamas County Grand Jury on criminal charges.

Preapplication conferences are informational in nature and occur before the submittal of a land use application.

Do you recognize these bandits? Information on their identity is being sought by the Milwaukie Police department in connection with theft from a local specialty grocery store.

Proposal: The proposed development is the relocation of the existing Pietro’s freestanding sign on Main St to a new restaurant location at 11050 SE Oak St.  The newly installed sign would exceed the maximum sign height by 6.25 ft for a total height of 31.25 ft. A Type II variance is required to allow the extra height.
