If you would like to compliment the officer or have a concern about your incident, please take a moment and describe your experience. You can remain anonymous if you wish but that will limit our ability to get additional clarifying information from you or to provide you with any follow up information. All information received, either praise or concern, will be thoroughly reviewed.

System Development Charges

System Development Charges (SDCs) are one-time charges assessed on new development, additions and changes of use to pay for the costs of expanding public facilities. Growth creates additional infrastructure demands. SDCs provide a mechanism to fund new growth in a community along with the related demand placed on storm and sanitary sewer systems, parks and recreation facilities, water and street systems.
