Clackamas County Multi-Disciplinary Team participates in Coast to Coast human trafficking interdiction.

Milwaukie, OR  - On May 30th, the Clackamas County Human Trafficking Multi-disciplinary Team conducted a sex buyers and sellers sting as a part of the Our Rescue’s “Coast to Coast Operation.” This event is a simultaneous operation in various states and locations around the country, where associated agencies/advocates share intelligence, identify trafficking victims offering them supports/services and arrest traffickers.  The event was hosted by the Milwaukie Police Department with assistance from the West Linn and Wilsonville Police Departments

Death investigation in the Milwaukie business industrial district

Milwaukie OR – On 6/3/25 at approximately 8:00 pm , Milwaukie Police were called to the 11300 Block of SE 37th Ave. (Minthorne Natural Area) on report of a suspicious circumstance. Upon arriving, Officers saw what appeared to be a person partially submerged in the water inside of a wooded area. Officers learned the individual was a recently deceased white female between the ages of 25-35.

Child Luring suspect arrested and indicted

Clackamas County, OR – On May 29th, a Clackamas County grand jury indicted Zachary Kyle Morgan, 42 of SE Portland, on charges of Luring a Minor, Online Sexual Corruption of a Child I and Online Sexual Corruption of a Child II.

2025 Corporal Diffie Veterans Fund Pancake Breakfast

The Milwaukie American Legion Post 180 in Milwaukie along with partner Clackamas County Police Agencies; Milwaukie Police Department, Lake Oswego Police Department, Molalla Police Department, Oregon City Police Department, Canby Police Department, Sandy Police Department and the West Linn Police Department, is excited to host the 6th annual Corporal Diffie Veterans Fund Annual Fundraising Breakfast. The event will be held at the Legion Hall, 2146 SE Monroe St. in Milwaukie from 9am-1pm on May 17th, Armed Forces Day. Expect fun for the whole family!

Reckless driver arrested.

Milwaukie OR – On 3/30/25 at 11:08 PM, the Milwaukie Police were alerted to a reckless driver operating a silver sedan in an erratic manner. Witnesses reported the vehicle was speeding, running stop signals and navigating into oncoming traffic on SE HWY 224 in the area of SE Harrison St.

Driver arrested for DUII, hit and run, eluding police.

Milwaukie Oregon- On 3/29/25 at approximately 9:05 PM, Milwaukie Officers were called to 6700 Block of SE Harmony Rd. on report of a two-vehicle accident. As Officers were enroute, witnesses reported that the vehicle responsible for the crash was leaving the area, while the second driver stayed at the scene. Officers located the fleeing vehicle near the intersection of SE Linwood Ave. and SE Harmony Rd. with heavy front-end damage.

Stolen vehicle and trailer recovered, police car rammed.

Milwaukie Or – On 3/11/25 at approximately 8:40 PM, Officers were called to the Milwaukie Market Place near the 10900 block of SE Oak St. on report of a stolen vehicle in the area. Milwaukie Police had been alerted by a vehicle security service who provided the location via a tracking device.

Former member of the Milwaukie Police Department criminally charged.

The Milwaukie Police Department has been made aware that a former member of our agency, Jon Foreman, has been indicted by a Clackamas County Grand Jury on criminal charges.
