New Statement Look - Starting July 31

Starting with the July 31st statement, your utility bill will feature a new, simplified look.

The statement will continue to provide all the important details regarding your account.

The city is also enhancing its online services by offering the convenience of viewing and paying your utility bill all in one place through the Municipal Online Payment website—eliminating the need to visit two separate websites, as was previously required.

If you’re already signed up for paperless billing, no action is needed to remain enrolled . If you do not currently have access to the Municipal Online Payment website, now is a great time to register. You can sign up at https://milwaukieor.municipalonlinepayments.com/milwaukieor. You will need your account number and the amount of your last payment.

Numbered sections have been added to help you quickly locate the coordinating information on both statements.

  1. Account Info & Balance
    Find your account number, recent payments, any remaining balance, and the total amount due.
  2. Residential Winter Sewer Average
    This section shows the winter sewer average used to calculate the sewer charges (for residential customers).
  3. Detailed Account Activity
    Includes your meter reading, the date it was taken, and a breakdown of your charges for service.
  4. Monthly Water Consumption
    Shows how much water was used during the billing period.
  5. Payment Mailing Info
    Address to mail a check or to provide if paying through your bank’s online bill pay service.
