OLCC Temporary Liquor Sales License

Special events, also referred to as temporary events, that include the sale of alcohol require a temporary sales license from the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC). If the event is held in Milwaukie, a portion of the permit requires review by the Milwaukie Police Chief.
