Monroe Street Neighborhood Greenway Concept Plan - Final Design Open House

Date

06/01/2015 - 6:00pm to 8:00pm

The Monroe Street Neighborhood Greenway Concept Plan is an effort to identify the types of improvements that will make Monroe Street a safer route for bicycles and pedestrians. Neighborhood greenways are routes where bicycles share the travel lane with auto vehicles, with sidewalks or hard-surface paths for pedestrians, safer intersections for all users, and facilities such as bioswales for stormwater management. This is a planning effort, not a construction project—a timetable and funding sources have not yet been developed.
