Downtown and Central Milwaukie Action and Implementation Work Program

The Moving Forward Milwaukie project is about implementation. The Action & Implementation Work Program for Downtown and Central Milwaukie is a "road map" for the next phases of the project.

The Action & Implementation Work Program lays out a program for implementation of the project goals including: policy revisions; regulatory revisions; financial approaches and tools; and economic development strategies. Council directed staff to implement the work program in August 2014; the plan and code amendments for downtown and central Milwaukie implement the policy and regulatory approaches outlined in the plan.
