Vendors of the City of Milwaukie can utilize our Electronic Funds Transfer payment option. The authorization form for this safe and efficient way of receiving payment is below, and once completed should be submitted to Milwaukie's Finance Department- Accounts Payable (ap@milwaukieoregon.gov).
