Project Details

The project objective is to grind and repave streets that are in poor condition and have been identified by the Public Works Staff, community members, and internal recommendations. The streets selected for this project were evaluated on their Pavement Condition Index (PCI) along with inspections by city staff. This maintenance project includes the removal of 2” of asphalt and re-install at least 2”-2.25” of asphalt to provide better quality street for the community to utilize.

Project Schedule:

Engineering Phase: January- February 2024
Right-of-Way Phase: Fiscal Year 2024
Construction Obligation: Fiscal Year 2024
Completion Target Date: June 30th, 2024
