Project Details

This project will increase accessibility by using accessible design standards to improve sidewalk ramps throughout the city. This project includes the removal of non-ADA compliant ramps and the construction of new ramps, which will be ADA compliant. 

The project will take place in many areas including the near following intersections:

  • Roswell Street & 36th, 40th, 41st Avenue
  • 36th Avenue & Barba Street
  • Olsen Street & 40th, 41st Avenue
  • Johnson Creek Boulevard & Flavel Drive

Alerts & Updates

Update (2.7.2024): Construction has started and is projected to conclude by the end of March.

Update (2.6.2024): This project was awarded to MJ Hughes Construction on February 6th, 2024, and is funded by a $145,000 Federal Community Development Block Grant.
