Submit a Council Agenda Item
All submitted Agenda Item Request forms are sent to the Office of the City Recorder (OCR) mailbox (ocr@milwaukieoregon.gov).
Please note the following deadlines for submitting agenda topic documents for Council consideration:
- Legal Review: 18 calendar days prior to the meeting - Ordinances, contracts, agreements, or any legally binding document must be submitted to the City Attorney's office for review.
- City Manager's Review: 13 calendar days prior to the meeting - by 3:30 p.m. all draft Agenda Item Summaries, Staff Reports, and attachments must be completed and submitted to the Office of the City Manager for review.
- Final Materials to OCR: 8 calendar days prior to the meeting - all final and reviewed documents are due to the OCR.
- Materials are Published: 7 calendar days prior to the meeting - the OCR publishes the final documents in a Session Packet.
