City Hall Community Room

Located on the first floor of Milwaukie City Hall (10501 SE Main St.), the city hall community room (CHCR) is an assembly/meeting area available for use without charge by public, private agencies and other groups. The community room can hold up to 40 people, has restroom facilities and is accessible from Main Street.

Please read the room operating guidelines (linked below) before submitting a reservation request. Activities in the room must not disrupt others in the building, and the room must be left in the same condition in which it was found, including the placement of chairs and tables.

Room request applications should be submitted to the Office of the City Recorder (OCR) by email to ocr@milwaukieoregon.gov. Questions may be submitted by email or phone at 503.786.7502.
