City Council Regular Session

Council held this meeting in-person and by video conference. The public was invited to come to City Hall, join the Zoom webinar, or watch on the city’s YouTube channel or Comcast Cable channel 30 in city limits.
Executive Session. After the regular session, Council met in executive session pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 192.660 (2)(d) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, (h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed, (f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, and (e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
