POSTPONED - Bowman-Brae Park Open House

Due to the scheduled weather forecast for Tuesday, July 26 the Open House at Bowman-Brae has been postponed.  

All surveys, written information, and planning activities scheduled for the Open House will be available online on Engage Milwaukie. 

Staff are working on alternatives to the open house for the public to learn more about the existing park project, ask questions, and provide meaningful feedback during this round of the park project.

• This event will be a drop-in, open house style event with face painting, balloon animals, yard games, a kids design table, and other family friendly activities. Free food will also be provided to the first 50 participants! The menu will include Texas beef brisket, barbeque pulled chicken, or veggie burger with potato salad and macaroni and cheese. Veggie burgers will be available in a limited quantity.

También tendremos pintura de rostros, globos en forma de animales, juegos de yardas, una mesa de disenio para los niños, y otras actividades para toda la familia. ¡Comida gratuita será proveida a los primeros 50 participantes! El menú incluirá BBQ Falda de Res Texano, BBQ de pollo, o hamburguesa vegetariana con ensalada de papa y macarrones con queso. Las hamburguesas vegetarianas estarán disponibles en cantidades limitadas

• Los participantes que puedan les pedimos que por favor caminen o lleguen en bicicleta al parque, ya que no hay mucho estacionamiento. También, este parque está en desarrollo y como resultados no cumple con los requerimientos de la Ley de Estadounidenses con Discapacidades (ADA siglas en ingles).
