Current Policies & Regulations
- Comprehensive Plan Policies (Chapter 4, Objectives #2 and #6): Policies guiding investment and priorities in downtown Milwaukie.
- Downtown and Riverfront Framework Plan: The guiding policies for development in downtown Milwaukie.
- Downtown Design Guidelines: The discretionary guidelines used to review new construction or renovations of buildings in downtown Milwaukie.
- Downtown Development, Design, and Use Standards: The City's current downtown development, design, and use standards.
- Downtown Design Review: The City's downtown design review process for new buildings or alterations to existing buildings. Currently, all new development in downtown is reviewed against the Downtown Design Guidelines through a discretionary Type III review.
