Fees & Charges

The Fee Schedule centralizes fees and charges through out the City of Milwaukie.  All fees and charges related to city services are referenced in this document and are now on a two year cycle to align with the City's biennium budget.  It is periodically amended by Council resolution to reflect the latest changes in fees.

Overview

Milwaukie's Ledding Library provides materials and services for the community's informational, cultural and recreational needs. Any resident of Clackamas County (except for Johnson City), Multnomah County, Washington County, Hoodland and Ft. Vancouver is eligible for a library card. 

To get a library card, visit any Clackamas County library with a  photo ID containing a current address (or proof of your current address).

Municipal Court

The Municipal Court staff can answer questions about court schedule, bail amounts, and other administrative matters.

Planning Mission

The Planning Department works with the City Council, Planning Commission, Design and Landmarks Committee, neighborhood associations, the private and nonprofit sectors, and government partners to help the city achieve its vision and to best manage desired change and change that otherwise presents opportunities and challenges to the community.

Overview

The finance department is responsible for ensuring the City of Milwaukie is a good steward of public funds, transparent with city finances and cost-efficient in city operations.
