The Planning Department is continuously involved with projects that address the long-term evolution of Milwaukie, improving livability now, and improvements to development regulations

Metro provided an initial map of the Habitat Conservation Areas (HCAs) in Milwaukie that will be subject to the new Title 13 regulations.

The tune-up project will result in a Zoning Code that will put adopted City-wide plans to work for a better city.

Title 13 (Nature in Neighborhoods) and Title 3 (Water Quality and Flood Management)

All jurisdictions within the Metro region are required to adopt code amendments that substantially conform to Title 13.

The City of Milwaukie recently revised its off-street parking regulations.
