Since the project kick-off in January 2011, staff has focused on reaching as many members of the community as possible in order to hear what they would like residential development in their city

These documents provide an overview of demographic trends and how they affect housing choices in Milwaukie, as well as alternative forms of higher density housing.

The project began in 2009 with a grant-funded assessment of the City's residential development and design standards.

The City of Milwaukie is pleased to make its zoning data available through our new interactive map! (Click on the link below)

Users can search for a specific property address using the Search function. By clicking on a zoning area, More Info to go directly to the specific zoning code section. Zoning, overlays, and Comprehensive Plan designations can be displayed by going to the Layer List and selecting Zoning options.
