Crafty Writers and Readers

The Crafty Writers and Readers are a group of writers in SE PDX/Milwaukie who strive to develop their creative writing skills. Is there a book on writing you are dying to crack open and study, but have not yet motivated yourself to read or complete the exercises? Do you find yourself more motivated to write when you have others by your side who are also writing?

Each meeting may include:

A group sharing of insights gained from the reading and writing exercises.

Timed writing from a prompt and voluntarily share if comfortable.

They are always open to new members. They are an evolving,  actively learning, diverse group with many different talents and strengths.
