South Downtown Plaza

The South Downtown Plaza is Milwaukie's first festival street. Located in the heart of downtown next to the post office, the plaza is the perfect place for a fair, market or celebration! 

The plaza may be reserved May 1 through Oct. 31 on Friday evenings from 3 to 10 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. To reserve the plaza, submit a completed Temporary Event Permit Application. The reservation fee is $400, payable when the Temporary Event Permit is approved.  

The city will work with event organizers to determine whether an event requires a full closure or a partial closure of the plaza.
