Project Details

The Waverly South project will provide street and utility improvements to the Waverly South area.  Street improvements will include repaving of deteriorated sections of Lava Drive and Waverly Court, and ADA upgrades to select sidewalks and ramps.  Utility improvements include upsizing of a water main on Riverway Lane from 2-inch to 6-inch, and rehabilitation of a sewer main compromised by tree roots along Riverway Lane.  Project design is planned for winter of 2023-2024, with construction anticipated for summer of 2024
