Storm Permits
NPDES Permit
DEQ requires the City to obtain a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for Stormwater runoff and collection. The NPDES permit renewal occurs every five years.
UIC Permit
DEQ requires the City to obtain an Underground Injection Control (UIC) permit for collecting and infiltrating Stormwater underground. The UIC permit renewal occurs every ten years.

Both permits are in review by DEQ.
