SERVICE - VALOR - SACRIFICE

From 2015-2017 the City of Milwaukie proudly worked with American Legion Post 180 and the Susannah Lee Barlow Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) to mark the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War.  The city, Legion, and DAR joined the United States Department of Defense (DOD) Commemoration Program to honor those who responded to the call to service in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and on the home front.  For the program's objective see file links below.  Since 2017, the city and its community partners have continued to recognize and honor those in who answered the call to serve our nation.
