These scheduled payments will be made on the date specified on the application (you will continue to receive statements reflecting these automatic payments to provide proof that these payments are in fact being properly recorded).

The City of Milwaukie offers residential customers a Low Income Utility Assistance Program which provides a reduced monthly charge for Water, Sewer, Storm, and Street utility charges. The reduced rates are:

City Hall Sculpture Garden
