The city proposes to adopt zoning code text amendments that are corrections and clarifications to Title 17 related to Middle Housing Land Divisions and Expedited Land Divisions. No policy changes are proposed. The amendments reflect state law related to requirements and processing that are currently incorrectly referenced in the existing code. The proposed amendments also update statutory references that have been changed by the legislature and include basic clarifications in the land division code to improve the application and review process for middle housing land divisions.
