Business Open Door Session

Own or operate a local business and want to share what's on your mind with city leadership? Stop by an open door session to chat with Mayor Lisa Batey and Assistant City Manager Joseph Briglio.

No sign-up is necessary, those attending are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and sessions are limited to 15 minutes to help accommodate as many sessions as possible.

City Manager Emma Sagor hosts an open door session for community members to ask questions, raise concerns or just find out more about what the city is doing. No sign-up is necessary, those attending the open door session are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions are limited to 15 minutes or less to help accommodate as many sessions as possible.

City Council Selects Emma Sagor as City Manager

After receiving 45 applications, narrowing those down to four finalists and completing several rounds of interviews, City Council has selected Emma Sagor as its next city manager. Sagor has served as the acting city manager since April 2024 and will officially continue in that capacity immediately.

The city is pleased to announce the completion of its 2024-27 strategic plan - Milwaukie Momentum. This document serves as an internal guide for city staff to help inform decisions regarding budget allocation, departmental activities, staffing and city performance reporting.

Neighborhood Enhancement Program

The city allocates funds in the General Fund annually for each Milwaukie NDA to use towards enhancing their neighborhood and our community.

Island Station Neighborhood Picnic

The Island Station NDA holds a neighborhood picnic each year with free food, live music, games, and much more! All are welcome to attend.

The Linwood Neighborhood District Association (NDA) is coordinating a neighborhood wide yard sale and anyone in Linwood can participate! If you aren't sure if you are located in Linwood, you can refer to a map of Linwood.
