The Planning process continues in the North Milwaukie Industrial Area (NMIA)! After working with the community to develop the vision, goals and potential concepts for the NMIA, we are seeking your feedback. Attend this interactive open house to get project updates and provide comments on the vision and future of the district.

Together we will develop a framework plan and implementation strategy that will support existing businesses and attract new development in the NMIA.

Applicant's proposal would construct a 531 sq ft addition to the residence which is within the Willamette Greenway Overlay zone. New construction does have minimal visibility to/from the river.
